Q. How do I book your services?

Q. Do you provide references?

I now have a full client list who are very satisfied with my cleaning work, professionalism, reliability etc. I feel that they are my references. However I can provide formal references if you require.

Q. What does your cleaning service cost?

Prices start from £8.50 per hour with a minimum 2 hour visit. Certain cleaning services may incur a different rate. Please enquire for details.

Q. How do I pay for your cleaning service?

Cash payable immediately after the work has been carried out please unless by prior arrangement.

Q. Do you provide cleaning materials or equipment?

The client supplies all cleaning materials and I will use the cleaning equipment at the property.

Q. How do we arrange access for you to clean?

Any arrangement that is convenient to you really. With key-holding at a convenient point in time.

Q. What is the arrangement for cancelling appointments?

By phone or e-mail message if possible please. If the time to your appointment is less than 24 hours please ring me as a priority. Cancelling an appointment 6 hours or less before the due time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cleaning cost.

Q. What happens on Bank Holidays?

I normally clean on Bank Holidays (except for Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day). Obviously this may not be convenient and you may wish to cancel the appointment. Please let me know in good time if you wish to cancel. If the time to your appointment is less than 24 hours please ring me as a priority. Cancelling an appointment 6 hours or less before the due time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cleaning cost.
